The Association of Professional Immigration Consultants is a body corporate with accreditation to Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) limited by a guarantee.  It is managed by a professional team of experts in the field of Immigration Consultancy, Human Resources, Compliance and Corporate Governance strategies.

The Association was established on 7th May, 2004 by coming together members, of former retired Immigration Officers and later others with External Human Resources Management expertise.
